Flowbird GO - Firewall maintenance

This maintenance has been postponed, a new date for the maintenance will be provided in a future communication.
The Flowbird GO system will have a firewall maintenance on the 17th of September for the EU production environment.
During this maintenance the GO portal and all related APIs to GO will be inaccessible.
This means you will not able to login to the GO portal and cameras will not be able to send in or out sessions during this window.Start time: September 17th, 18:00 CET(UTC+2)
End time: September 17th, 23:00 CET(UTC+2)
Duration: 5 hours
Impact: Flowbird GO system and APIs (EU environment)

Planet/3C Payment have informed us they will perform a PSW migration maintenance on Tuesday, 23rd of September 2025.

Affected service: Payment processingDuring the first 30 minutes of the maintenance window payment processing will have distruptions in it’s service.
