Planet/3C - Planet External Network Provider Maintenance
Planet/3C Payment have informed us that their network provider will conduct a maintenance starting on Sunday the 19th of October 2025.
Maintenance:
Start time: October 19th, 19:00 CEST(UTC+2)End time: October 20th, 03:00 CEST(UTC+2)
Duration: 8 hours.
Affected service: Card Present Gateway and Authorization servers.There may be minor disruptions during the maintenance window, but no real downtime is expected.
A rollback plan is in place if by unlikely event that they encounter any issues during these changes that can not be resolved.
