During the weekend of 5th to 6th October, Flowbird will be taking the final steps of a data center migration for WebOffice EU. The migration is a part of a significant data center consolidation for Flowbird, aimed to ensure a more reliable operation and unified maintenance of our services, better prepared for future evolutions and improvements.

End Time: 7th of October 2024 03:00 CEST (UTC+2)
Duration: 30 hours
Please note: During the time of this service window downtimes are expected. Service disruptions will occur during both continuous periods and intermittently for terminals and services connected to WebOffice EU, e.g. FWO, Permit, Flowbird GO, Flowbird App and Enforcement services.
Disruptions are mainly expected during nighttime Sat-Sun and Sunday morning, but will also occur during other parts of the service window.
In addition, some performance issues in reporting and analytics tools can be expected the week after the migration, especially on Monday, 7th October.
Rest assured that we will do our utmost to reduce both mentioned downtimes and performance issues.
