Planet/3C Payment have informed us they will do a network maintenance migration maintenance.

They plan to complete the network data center migration on 14th July. However, if the maintenance cannot be completed as scheduled, a contingency date of 21st July will be used to finalize this work.

First maintenance:

Start time: July 14th, 01:00 CET(UTC+2)

End time: July 14th, 06:45 CET(UTC+2)

Second maintenance(optional):

Start time: July 21th, 01:00 CET(UTC+2)

End time: July 21th, 06:45 CET(UTC+2)

Affected service: Planet Gateways (Card-Present)

Please note that the maintenance period will take up 5 hours 45 Minutes per migration, and each migration will be completed in the 2 hours 45 Minutes of their maintenance window.

During the migration periods, you may experience intermittent disruptions to authorization processes and 3C-related services. This transition is scheduled during off-peak hours to minimize the impact.

A rollback plan is in place if by unlikely event that they encounter any issues during these changes that cannot be resolved.We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause.
