All solar on the Paignton front
British seafront locations choosing solar operated MPC-terminals and street lamps

Torbay Borough Council decided on MPC terminals when introducing Controlled Parking Zones (CPZs) in the resort towns of Paignton and Torquay. The terminals are solar powered and networked to the internet-based Cale WebOffice Service.

The Council now operates over one hundred MPC or MP 104 terminals in its off-street car parks and on-street CPZs. The majority of the terminals are solar powered.

Torbay is one of the UK’s leading coastal resorts. The terminals are manufactured from stainless steel, making them the ideal choice for seafront locations such as Paignton.
